It has been proven once again that the opposition parties are blindly opposing the important decisions taken by the Modi government. At the beginning of the new year, the Supreme Court dismissed more than fifty petitions filed by the opposition parties, stating that the decision taken by the Modi government was correct. On January 2, the Supreme Court said that the demonetisation decision taken by the Modi government was correct. A five-member constitution bench of the Supreme Court upheld demonetization 4-1. The court said that there was no disturbance in the process of natbandhi. Before taking this decision, there was a discussion between the central government and the Reserve Bank. However, Justice Nagaratna, from a five-judge bench, gave a swift decision. While hearing the matter, the court dismissed all 58 petitions challenging the Modi government's demonetisation decision. This is not the first time this has happened. This is the sixth case filed against the Center, and the Supreme Court has given a clean chit to the Modi government. Earlier, in matters like Rafale planes, Pegasus, Justice Loya, and the PM Care Fund case brought by the opposition parties, the Supreme Court gave a clean chit to the Modi government, along with dismissing many petitions filed against the Modi government. This is the case...

Rafale Fighter Jet

The Congress had made serious allegations against the Modi government regarding the price of 36 fighter jets purchased from France and the awarding of an offset contract to Reliance Aviation. At that time, the opposition parties led by the Congress raised an uproar in Parliament, accusing it of crony capitalism. Rahul Gandhi had raised slogans about thieves in the public meeting. However, the Supreme Court gave a clean chit to the Modi government in this matter as well.

Pegasus

In fact, opposition parties alleged that the central government was using Pegasus spyware to spy on opposition leaders, some journalists, and other influential persons. The opposition parties had created a huge ruckus from the streets to the Parliament for a long time in this matter. After that, the matter reached the Supreme Court.During the hearing held in the Supreme Court, the conspiracy to defame the government was exposed in the report given by the technical committee investigating the matter. The technical committee told the court that it found no evidence of espionage being carried out by Pegasus. In this matter, the mobile phones of 29 influential individuals under suspicion of espionage were investigated by the technical committee. After receiving the report, the Supreme Court gave a clean chit to the Modi government.

Justice Loya Case

Justice Loya passed away in December 2014. He was hearing the much-talked-about Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter case. After his death, a magazine called his death suspicious, and the political parties started creating a ruckus. The Supreme Court transferred the case to Maharashtra following a petition filed by his brother in the Sohrabuddin encounter matter. Amit Shah's name was also associated with this case. Justice Loya had announced the judgement of the case on December 15, but died on December 1. There was a lot of uproar on this issue too, but the Supreme Court dismissed the case, stating that there was no objectionable evidence.

PM Care Fund

During the Corona epidemic, the Allahabad High Court dismissed a public interest petition challenging the legality of the PM Cares Fund and the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund under the Disaster Management Act, 2005. In this matter, too, the opposition parties expressed many doubts. After the High Court dismissed the petition, the petitioner appealed to the Supreme Court. However, on this issue too, the opposition parties had to fall head over heels.
