If any country wins any war, its real success belongs to its teachers and if it loses a war, the failure and responsibility also belongs to the teachers of that country. A radical change in education policy was expected in our country keeping in view the changing needs. So far in AD The education system was being managed according to the education policy made in 1986. Is. Some partial changes were made in the education policy in 1992, but the results were not satisfactory. For this, the BJP had promised to bring a new education policy in its manifesto of 2014 and after coming to power, it had started action in that direction. After extensive deliberations and a long series of consultations, the new education policy was finally announced two years ago. Naturally, it is expected to bring about an expected change in education. The aim of the new education policy was to modernize all courses from schools to higher education, through which the young men and women of India could be prepared for an environment of international competition. A new education policy can help in skill development, innovative research and creation of new employment opportunities among the youth. The new policy also lays emphasis on the training of teachers, so that they can play a fundamental role in personality and skill development of students. There has also been a determination to raise education expenditure by six per cent. Now the name of Ministry of Human Resource Development has been changed again to Ministry of Education. This change is a tribute given by BJP to Narasimha Rao of Congress! In the new situation after globalization there was an urgent need for change in the field of education. During the UPA government, the issue of development of knowledge based economy was raised. They took a resolution to bring about change in the education sector and to formulate an employment oriented education system, but no significant progress could be made in that direction. Gradually, inequality in the education sector in India began to increase and due to this, the desire for change in primary and higher education became stronger. At present, there is a wide gap in the level of study in government and private institutions, due to which social imbalance and dissatisfaction have also spread. Bridging this gap is the need of the hour in the present era. The state of higher education is not particularly encouraging. A comparison of the teaching arrangements and other facilities in the universities with other universities of the world presents a contrasting picture and it is natural. Because only people like administrators are sitting on high academic posts. They never know how stupid they feel there. They flinch at their every folly. He has enjoyed the support of Anhakka by filling his coffers with wasteful and unworkable income by digging deep into the field of education, due to which millions and crores of poor people of the country do not understand that even after teaching, why the son does not earn? Now it is being claimed that the new education policy will improve this situation. The new education policy emphasizes on promoting and developing government and private universities. Lack of preparation of teachers is also one of the reasons for not improving the quality of education and not getting the expected results in the direction of skill development of students. Development of education system is not possible if they cannot make students interested in new things. The new education policy has given special attention to this issue. The theoretical framework of the courses is designed in such a way that the students can acquire employability and special skills. In the present times, the education system needs to be designed according to the needs of not only the country, but also the world level. Because of this, talents in fields like science, technical education, social science etc. can get an opportunity to advance. The new education policy can prove helpful in all these matters. The government now needs to make a concerted effort to implement this policy.
